Sunday, August 3, 2025 - Film Screening with award winning and nominated Filmmakers Attika J. Torrence, Maurice L. Williams, multiple Emmy Award-winning journalist, Nicole Johnson, and filmmaker, Tevin Foster.

BAF events, honorees, merchandise, items, schedules, etc. are always subject to change with or without notice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS and ALL TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. guests must show government ID and it must match with their ticket. The use of cameras or other recording equipment is strictly prohibited during the author screenings. BAF reserves the right to search the personal belongings of any patron/guest inside or around the premises. By purchasing a ticket and by entering the premises during the BAF, you agree to be photographed/filmed and grant BAF, its successors-signed parties, carrier stations, subsidiaries, advertising agents, and their affiliated entities, the right to recored and use your likeness, voice, and name worldwide in perpetuity for any purpose whatsoever without compensation.

No outside alcohol or food may be brought onto the premises. No outside books, magazines, etc. may be brought into the Festival. Please refrain from asking Celebrities, authors, etc. for autographs and photos outside of the autographing sessions.

ALL guests MUST have a prepaid ticket or they will be escorted off the premises. Attire or paraphernalia bearing political and/or racial slurs will not be permitted onto the premises and refunds will not be granted.

We do accommodate guests requiring a wheelchair, however, please be advised that space is limited. While we are pleased to accommodate wheelchair bound guests, the accommodations may not be in alignment with the ticket purchased.
